As a coach or service provider, selling multi-session packages is a great way to secure revenue. However, tracking those sessions manually in a spreadsheet is a recipe for "tech headaches" and lost time.

Step 1: Create Your "Remaining Sessions" Field

To track credits, you first need a place to store that data on each contact's record.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.

  2. Click Add Field and select Number.

  3. Name it Remaining Sessions. This field will now appear on every contact's profile, allowing you to see exactly how many sessions they have left at a glance.

Step 2: Automate the Initial Purchase

  • When a client buys a 10-session package through your Amply360 funnel, you want their credits to update automatically.

    • Go to Automation > Workflows and create a new workflow.

    • Trigger: Set this to Order Form Submission (filtered for your "10-Session Package" product).

    • Action: Add an Update Contact Field step.

Select Remaining Sessions and set the value to 10.

Step 3: Auto-Deduct Sessions as They "Show"

The "magic" of automation is having the system "check off" a session for you the moment it’s finished.

  1. Create a second Workflow triggered by Appointment Status.

  2. Filter the trigger so it only fires when the status is "Show" or "Completed."

  3. Action: Use a Math Operation.

    • Select the Remaining Sessions field.

    • Choose the Subtract operator.

      • Enter 1.

    • Now, every time you mark a client as "Show" for their appointment, their credit count drops by one automatically.

Step 4: Notify Your Clients

Keep your clients informed and "nurture" the relationship by sending a quick automated update.

  • Add an Internal Notification or SMS/Email action after the math operation:

    • "Hey {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for today's session! You have {{contact.remaining_sessions}} sessions remaining in your package."
